Co-op Academies Trust’s Strategic Plan 2025 to 2030 sets out the Trust’s ambition to keep improving across every part of its work, with a clear focus on “striving for excellence”. The plan explains the priorities that will guide the Trust over the next five years, including pupil experiences, classroom experiences, social inclusion, diversity, careers and destinations, colleague experiences, people strategy, business functions, strategic development and stakeholder engagement.
For business support colleagues, this plan shows how central and non-teaching functions play an important role in helping academies run effectively. Areas such as Finance, People, Estates and School Improvement are highlighted as key workstreams that support decision-making, improve systems and help create the right conditions for pupils, colleagues and communities to succeed.
